Bessent on Iran: Many of the IRGC commanders, they are like rats in a sewer pipe. They are in hiding. They're in deep, dark locations, and they don't see what's happening to the Iranian people. The Ayatollah is very isolated. Many of these leaders do not understand what is happening to the Iranian people.
