Klitschko said. Specialists are assessing the extent of the damage. Metro infrastructure was also struck, with service on Kyiv’s Green Line limited to the Syrets-Vydubychi section. Local media reported severe traffic congestion on the left bank and advised drivers to use the Darnytskyi Bridge instead.
