Norwegian customs blocked the shipment under a law dating from the 1950s. Frølich had warned the government that delays could cost Ukrainian soldiers’ lives. The next day, authorities said they would speed up the process, and the rules were ultimately changed so Norwegians can legally send civilian drones to Ukraine. Frølich says he does not regret breaking the law.
