Russia, Ukraine

From the source

Zelensky: We told our American partners: Switch on Starlink in those parts of Russia where they launch ballistic missiles. Why must we all be under attack? Why must all of Europe be afraid that Russian ballistic missiles will reach European territory? Switch on Starlink. We will do it. We will handle it. Of course, we will do it if Russia doesn't stop this war. Switch it on. It's not difficult, really.
